The Pension Plan ["The Contributory Pension Plan for Employees of Trent University (consolidated and amended working copy)", dated December 1993], shall be amended by the deletion of references to the Social Contract. Such references are indicated in the Plan by shaded text.
The parties agree to produce as expeditiously as possible an authoritative text of the Pension Plan. The parties agree that it may be expedient to delay the production of this authoritative text until legal splitting of the TUFA assets and liabilities into a separate TUFA plan has been arranged.
