The Memorandum of Understanding dated March 15, 1979 and signed by T.E.W. Nind and J. Fekete shall continue to have whatever status it had on June 30, 1996.

General Provisions
"Association" means the Trent University Faculty Association.
"Bargaining Unit" means the unit defined in the decision of the Ontario Labour Relations Board in Certificate Number 1594-79-R, dated DecemberÊ18, 1979, and as amended on June 6, 1980.
[Note: The Parties agree that the provisions of Appendices G-K are entirely or substantially redundant, but agree to include them in the renewal Collective Agreement pending finalization of matters concerning the new Contributory Pension Plan for TUFA Employees of Trent University and issues related thereto.]

Administration of the Agreement
Where provisions in the Agreement require action by the Association and the Board after the date of ratification and that action has been or may be delayed, it shall be taken as soon as is administratively feasible.
