Colleagues,
TUFA’s Spring General Membership Meeting (GMM) has been scheduled for April 8th (10:30 am to 12:30 pm). We have reserved Bata Library, Room 103 (film Theatre) for members attending in-person. Members participating remotely can do so by using the Zoom link sent to you by email. Please note that we have invited the President of the Canadian Association of University Teachers to join the meeting and provide a national-level update on the cascade of crises besetting Canada’s post-secondary education sector.
Per the Association’s “Policy on Payment for Care of Dependents,” members anticipating any such expenses related to participation in the GMM should contact the TUFA office to arrange for reimbursement.
Finally, TUFA will be hosting an end-of-semester social at the Ceilie (also on April 8th) starting at 4:00 pm. We hope many of you will be able to join us there.
